Under the honor and presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Haifa bint Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairwoman of the Zahra Association, Zahra Walk was organized for the second time on October 26th as part of Pink October, raising awareness for breast cancer.
On a day filled with positivity and engagement, we welcomed over 2,000 participants—men, women, and children—to the 1 km and 3 km walks held at King Saud University. The event featured an impressive turnout from medical students who set up booths to promote health awareness.
The event was packed with family-friendly activities, including face painting, photo booths, and challenges hosted by Zahra Association. Attendees enjoyed a variety of food and beverages, with a DJ providing an energetic atmosphere. A trumpet player added a special musical touch throughout the course.
Each participant received a finisher medal, along with the exclusive Half Million October pink cup. We appreciate everyone’s involvement in this wonderful initiative.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Zahra Association for trusting us to organize this important event, and to King Saud University, College of Applied Medical Sciences, for
providing the venue. We also thank ROSHN, The official partner, for their continued support.
We want to thank all the volunteers and organizers who contributed to the success of this event. We cannot wait to see you all again at the next event!
Together we raise awareness, and together we make a difference!
