We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.

Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and
staff.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Lead recruitment activities for event staff, including sourcing, interviewing,
and hiring temporary event personnel.
مؤهلات المرشح
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
A passion for sports and endurance sports, in particular, is a plus.
Willingness to travel for events and work non-traditional hours during events.
